The Crawford Central Community Foundation recently awarded funding for their 2020 Fall Grant Applications. Recipients include : Kathryn Wagner and Grade 3 students at First District School- “Reading A-Z Online Subscription” and Shyra Clayton, Dustin Castiglione, Carole Fisher and Grade 1 students at Cochranton Elementary School- “Recess/STEM Bins”. 

     The “Pay It Forward” components from the grant applications are providing families with books to encourage reading in their homes (First District) and making Holiday Cards for Assisted Living residents. (Cochranton Elementary). 

     Additionally, in continuing its mission of giving back to the community, the Crawford Central Community Foundation has donated over $3,000.00 this funding cycle to be used at the MAMS/MASH Caring Closet, Cochranton Jr.-Sr. High School Caring Closet and the Health Services Departments at the elementary schools in the Crawford Central School District.
